For the best experience, we recommend that you:
- Avoid alcohol for 48 hours before your appointment.
- Limit caffeine for 24–48 hours before your appointment, as it may increase sensitivity or bleeding for some individuals.
- Stay well hydrated and get a good night's sleep.
- Eat a balanced meal before your appointment.
Always consult your GP before using this when using other medications.
